Our philosophy

Today, as in the past, we live by the principle of making our guests and staff feel at home in the heart of the Kitzbühel Alps. We focus on quality and sustainability instead of quantity. To put this into practice, a sustainable approach to suppliers, food, partners and nature are important cornerstones for us.

Following a successful season, we have always undertaken smaller as well as larger conversion and extension projects. We have dedicated a great deal of our own time and effort to provide our guests with the best possible comfort.

We take care to use cleaning agents and detergents that are biodegradable, environmentally-friendly and cruelty free – because we want to protect what we love.
